Request Honor Cords

Any student who has completed Lead4Change in middle or high school is eligible to receive an honor cord, interwoven with red and navy, to wear to their 8th grade or high school graduation - at no cost! Educators should complete the request form below. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive orders.
